Chengdu General Institute of Rectification Electrical Equipment

Introduction

In 1996, we successfully complete production-manufacturing task of high-power silicon controlled rectifier whole sets of equipment for the national key project of the Beijing - Kowloon Railway, and we received the awards from Beijing - Kowloon railway engineering headquarters of the Ministry of Shanghai Railway Bureau.

In 1998, our newly developed production of the high-power DC transmission Rectifier sets of equipment export to Iran, spot debugging the equipments reach the mark just for one time. So we complete the export task with high standards and high quality. Therefore, we win the reputation for both our country and our Institute, and receive the awards from National Import and Export Corporation.

In 1997, our institute independently undertook the project of developing the high-power and high-frequency inverting switching power supply. Then this project is called state scientific and technological torch plan project. In September of 1999, this project passed appraisement by the group of experts of Chengdu Science and Technology Commission. In 2000, it won the first prize of Chengdu scientific and technological progress award, the first prize of Sichuan Golden Bridge project award, and the second prize of Sichuan scientific and technological progress award.

   In 2002, our own research and development of programmable logic controller asymmetric alternating current pulse hard anodizing high-power Power sets of Equipment which has been used by the Shaanxi Aircraft Industry Company passed the inspection by the second Group of China Aviation Industry. Then in September of the same year we applied for the new-type practical proprietary technology. In 2004, it won the second prize of the Science and Technology Innovation Fund which was   issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2004 our own research and development of programmable logic controller titanium alloy pulse thick film anodizing power of complete sets of equipment which has been used by Chengdu Aircraft Industry Company passed the inspection by the first Group's experts of China Aviation Industry. In 2006, it is selected as outstanding projects by Sichuan Science and Technology Committee, and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress award. This technology marked our Institute having the domestic leading role level in the field of Developing and Manufacturing the high-power metal oxide and anode Power.

In 2005, the SMD-II plasma differential of arc oxidation power supply which has been developed by our institute and Moscow Far East Aviation Technology Research Institute pass through the first group of the China Aerospace Industry's identification when it was used in the China air force Aviation Institute (624).In 2006 SMD-II plasma differential of arc oxidation power supply applied for the new-type practical inventional patented technology, and received the patented technical certificate.  The patented technical certificate's number is 2006ED300074. In the same year, the SMD-II plasma differential of arc oxidation power supply was recognized as the national key new products by the Ministry of Science and Technology and given the certificate. Certificate Number is 2005ED300074.
